How do I order your books?
Order directly from our book pages — It's Not Too Late (investing) and the Federal Employee's Financial Playbook each offer the paperback on its own or as a complete bundle with the companion workbook and checklist. Paperbacks ship directly from us.
How long does shipping take?
Our books are printed to order and ship within 7–14 business days. The Just-In-Case Vault planner ships within 11–14 business days. Any digital products are delivered to you right away by email, even while a physical item is on its way.
How do I access my digital products?
Digital products and downloads arrive by email shortly after your purchase. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Email us and we'll send it over.
Are your retirement calculators free?
Yes. Our FERS Retirement Calculator and Simple Retirement Calculator are completely free, with no cost and no obligation.
Do you offer financial advice?
No. Stone Rose Holdings provides financial education, not individualized financial, tax, or legal advice. Our books, tools, and articles help you understand your options and ask better questions. For decisions specific to your situation, we encourage you to consult a licensed professional.
I didn't receive my confirmation or download email. What should I do?
Check your spam and promotions folders first, since automated emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, email support@stoneroseholdingsllc.com with the name and address you used, and we'll make it right.
Are your resources only for federal employees?
Not at all. We have dedicated resources for federal employees, but most of our work is for anyone planning for retirement — especially late starters, nurses and healthcare workers, and adults 40 and over who want clarity and confidence.
